A great way to reuse old embroidery hoops – they make lovely frames! Managed to use up some fabric scraps with my fave prints for appliquéd letters. These are going on the wall in our newly decorated bedroom! Hurrah!
So many of my friends are having babies so I decided to make some gifts for them! Problem is, I can never stop at one or two! These are a sample of what’s available. All bodysuits are 100% cotton, very soft and come in the following sizes:
9 – 12 months
12 – 18 months
If you’d like a particular letter, I can make one for you…
I hate wasting fabric, so these cute bags, lined with contrasting fabrics and filled with straw and chocolate eggs were the perfect solutions to used up the bits I snipped away for all those aprons! Perfect Easter treat without the wasteful packaging and something to keep when the choc has been scoffed!
Made using remnants of my favourite fabrics and lined in contrasting, upcycled cotton prints, these little bags are ideal for a gift of notelets as the recipient will have something pretty to keep after she has used the contents! The notelets are made using recycled paper, salvaged thread and rescued envelopes (thanks @missielizzie). All handmade and totally original.
